Tomorrow Is The Last Day To Take PT Colorado Medicaid Providers Survey

Posted: September 14, 2017

Dear Medicaid Providers:

On March 1, 2017, the Colorado Medicaid program at the Dept. of Health Care Policy & Financing (HCPF) selected Hewlett Packard Enterprises (HPE) to process payments under its new Colorado interChange system. Due to a merger of HPE with Computer Sciences Corp. the new vendor’s name is now DXC Technology (DXC).

Many APTA members have reported they are having difficulty getting paid through the new interChange payment system. These complaints have been forwarded to HCPF with little to very delayed response or solution. The results of this survey will be presented to the legislature’s Joint Budget Committee along with many other provider types and we need to hear from you by September 15th.  (Just one survey submission per practice please). Take the survey.

Thanks so much.
