PSIG Event - Nov. 14: Communication and Cognitive Delays in the Pediatric Population: Where to Start?

When: Tuesday, November 14 from 6:45 - 8:15 pm

Where: University of Colorado Health Sciences Library, Anschutz Medical Campus. HSL Reading Room (located at the top of the stairs on the 3rd Floor).

Cost: APTA Members: FREE with recommended donation of $10; Non-Members: $20 Fee to Attend Event. ***Please register online prior to meeting***

Description: We will be hearing from Ali Dvorak, a speech and language pathologist at KidSPOT Pediatric Therapies in Louisville. Ali will be discussing "red flags" for when to refer to speech therapy, things to consider when working with children with speech/language, social and/or cognitive delays and tips for working with children on the Autism spectrum or with significant communication delays.
